This Privacy Policy explains how FANSCORT collects, uses, retains, protects and shares users' personal data in connection with the use of the website, profiles, listings, messaging, paid options, verification tools and related services.

1. Data controller

The data controller is FANSCORT, contactable at: contact@fanscort.app.

When the legal entity, official address, registration number or legal representative are definitively established, this information must be indicated in this section.

2. Data collected

FANSCORT may collect the following categories of data:

Account data: user ID, username, e-mail address, hashed password, language, country, account settings, registration date, last login date.
Profile data: information voluntarily provided by the user, such as description, city, preferences, photos, videos, avatar, listings, spoken languages and other presentation elements.
Communication data: internal messages, comments, interactions, favorites, fans, privileged contacts, blocks, reports and associated history.
Payment data: orders, purchased packs, credits, amounts, currencies, payment references, payment status, transaction history and information necessary to fight fraud. FANSCORT does not store full banking data.
Technical data: IP address, connection logs, security information, user-agent, country or connection area, device-related information, technical errors and data necessary to protect the website.
Level 1 verification data: verification selfie submitted by the user, analyzed by an automated tool and/or manually reviewed if necessary, to confirm profile consistency and fight fake profiles, identity theft and abuse. The user may choose whether or not to publish this selfie on their profile. If published, the selfie becomes publicly visible ; if removed, it is no longer publicly displayed but may remain privately retained for security, evidence, moderation and fraud prevention purposes.
Level 2 verification data: verification video submitted by the user, analyzed by an automated tool and/or manually reviewed if necessary. This video is used to strengthen profile reliability and fight fake profiles, identity theft, fraudulent content and repeat abuse. The user may choose whether or not to publish it on their profile. When published, it becomes publicly visible ; when removed, it is no longer publicly displayed.
Level 3 verification data: enhanced validation reserved for accounts that have already obtained levels 1 and 2, including the submission of private videos produced according to specific instructions. These videos are strictly private, are never published on the profile and are never made accessible to other users.
Moderation and security data: reports, moderation decisions, sanctions, evidence of abuse, reported content, elements needed to manage disputes, fraud, impersonation or illegal content.

3. No identity document in standard verification

FANSCORT does not request an identity card, passport or official identity document as part of its standard verification methods. Standard verification relies on selfies, videos and verification content voluntarily provided by the user.

4. Exceptional age or identity verification

Exceptionally, FANSCORT may ask a user to provide additional proof of age or identity when there is serious doubt regarding the user's age of majority, profile authenticity, origin of published photos or videos, or in the event of a report, suspicion of identity theft, fraud, illegal content or risk to user safety.

This request may occur especially when content appears to depict a very young person, when photos or videos appear stolen, inconsistent or non-consensual, or when the profile shows serious signs of false identity, abuse or breach of the Terms.

Where possible, FANSCORT favors limited and proportionate proof, for example a masked document leaving visible only the information strictly necessary for the relevant verification, such as age, date of birth, first name, photo or any other essential element. Non-necessary information may be masked by the user before sending, unless otherwise indicated for security, fraud, legal obligation or request by a competent authority.

Documents or evidence transmitted in this context are used only for the relevant verification, security, moderation, fight against fraud, identity theft, illegal content and user protection. They are never published or disclosed to other users.

Once verification is completed, FANSCORT favors retaining the verification result rather than the raw document. The document or proof may be deleted, anonymized or temporarily retained where still necessary to manage a dispute, report, fraud, repeat abuse, legal obligation, request by a competent authority or to protect the rights, safety and legitimate interests of FANSCORT and its users.

5. Purposes of processing

Personal data is used for the following purposes:

Create, manage, secure and administer user accounts.
Allow publication of profiles, listings, photos, videos and presentation information.
Enable interactions between users: favorites, fans, privileged contacts, messaging, blocking and reporting.
Provide the platform's free and paid features.
Manage credits, payments, orders, history and potential payment disputes.
Verify certain profiles, fight fake profiles, identity theft, fraud, repeat abuse, illegal content and abuse.
Analyze verification selfies or videos using automated tools and/or human review where necessary.
Moderate content, process reports, prevent abusive behavior and ensure user safety.
Maintain proper technical operation, prevent intrusions, attacks, fraud, automated abuse and unauthorized uses of the website.
Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or judicial obligations.

6. Legal bases

Depending on the case, FANSCORT processes personal data on the following legal bases:

Performance of the contract: account creation, access to the service, profile display, messaging, management of credits and options.
Consent: voluntary publication of certain content, choice to make a verification selfie or video public or not, non-essential cookies if ever used.
Legitimate interest: platform security, fight against fraud, identity theft, fake profiles, moderation, prevention of abuse, evidence and protection of the rights of FANSCORT and users.
Legal obligation: retention of certain payment data, response to competent authorities, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
Protection of persons: in certain serious cases, processing necessary to protect users, prevent danger or cooperate with authorities.

7. Automated verification and human intervention

Verifications may be carried out using automated image or video analysis tools, supplemented by human review where necessary. FANSCORT does not make a final decision based exclusively on automated processing where that decision produces significant effects on the user ; the user may contact support to request human review of a verification decision.

8. Public and private data

Information voluntarily displayed on a profile or listing may be visible to other users or the public, depending on settings and available features.
The level 1 verification selfie may be made public only if the user chooses to display it on their profile.
The level 2 verification video may be made public only if the user chooses to display it on their profile.
Level 3 private videos are never automatically published and are not accessible to other users.
Private messages, payment data, security data, reports and private verification data are not public.

9. Data recipients

Depending on their purpose, data may be accessible to the following recipients:

The authorized FANSCORT team, within the limits of operational, technical, moderation, security or support needs.
Technical providers necessary for hosting, website operation, e-mail sending, security, storage or maintenance.
Payment providers, only to manage transactions, refunds, disputes, fraud or applicable obligations.
Providers specialized in automated image or video analysis, where necessary for account verification.
Competent authorities, courts, advisors or authorized bodies where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or interests of FANSCORT, users or third parties.

Currently identified service providers: ipapi.co is used to infer the connection country from the IP address; Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated registrations, spam and abuse; OCR.Space for OCR extraction required during certain checks; Sightengine for automated image or video analysis; and PayRam to prepare and track certain payments. Depending on the service used, strictly necessary data may be transmitted, including the IP address, technical data, media submitted for verification or transaction references. FANSCORT limits these transfers to the stated purpose and reviews the applicable safeguards before production launch.

10. Transfers outside the European Union

Where certain providers are located outside the European Union or process data from a third country, FANSCORT will seek to implement appropriate safeguards where required, such as standard contractual clauses, supplementary measures, providers located in countries recognized as adequate, or any other GDPR-compliant mechanism.

11. Data retention

FANSCORT retains data only for the time necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal obligations, security, disputes, fraud prevention and protection of rights.

Account data: retained for the duration of the account, then deleted or anonymized, unless temporary retention is necessary.
Profile and listing data: retained for the duration of use of the service or until deletion by the user, subject to evidence, moderation or security needs.
Messages and interactions: retained for the time necessary for service operation, security, reports, disputes and abuse prevention.
Payment data: retained for the periods necessary for accounting, tax, evidence, fraud prevention and dispute management obligations.
Technical logs and security data: retained for a period proportionate to security, abuse detection, fraud prevention and technical evidence needs.

Anonymous visit data: anonymous visit records containing the IP address and user-agent are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are then deleted. Raw audience measurement data associated with a technical identifier or an account are also retained for no more than 90 days before being aggregated or deleted. Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify a visitor may be retained for longer.

Billing and tax location: we process your country of residence, any optional billing details you provide and available location evidence to determine taxes and meet our legal obligations. The IP-derived country is obtained from ipapi.co; your postal address is not sent to it. A country mismatch may be reviewed manually without disabling the account. These details are not displayed on your profile. Each order keeps the information used at purchase; editing or deleting your account does not rewrite these records. OSS records are retained for ten years from the end of the transaction year, with access restricted to authorised personnel and competent authorities upon a lawful request.

12. Retention of verification data

Selfies, videos and verification content may be retained for the entire existence of the verified account in order to maintain the reliability of the verification badge, prevent fake profiles, identity theft, fraud, repeat abuse, abuse and illegal content, as well as to process reports and ensure user safety.

If the user removes the public display of a verification selfie or video, the content ceases to be publicly visible but may remain privately retained by FANSCORT for the security, evidence, moderation and fraud prevention purposes mentioned above.

In the event of account deletion or anonymization, verification data is deleted or anonymized, unless temporary retention remains necessary to manage a dispute, report, fraud, abuse, legal obligation, request by a competent authority or to protect the rights, safety and legitimate interests of FANSCORT and its users.

13. Data security

FANSCORT implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, misuse or compromise.

These measures may include access control, encryption or hashing of certain data, limitation of internal access, logging, technical monitoring, environment separation, session security and system updates.

14. User rights

In accordance with the GDPR, the user may, subject to applicable conditions, exercise the following rights:

Right of access to their data.
Right to rectify inaccurate data.
Right to erasure, where legal conditions are met.
Right to restriction of processing.
Right to object to certain processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Right to request human review where a significant decision has been made based on automated processing.

To exercise their rights, the user may contact FANSCORT at: contact@fanscort.app. Proof of identity may be requested where necessary to avoid fraudulent disclosure or protect the user's data.

Depending on the user’s country of residence, additional rights may be provided by the applicable local data protection law. FANSCORT will handle such requests in accordance with the applicable regulations.

15. Complaint

The user may contact FANSCORT for any question or complaint regarding their personal data. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

16. Minors

FANSCORT is strictly reserved for adults. FANSCORT does not knowingly collect data concerning minors. Any account or content suspected of involving a minor may be immediately suspended, deleted, reported or transmitted to competent authorities where necessary.

17. Policy changes

FANSCORT may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service, law, tools used, security practices or applicable obligations. Users may be informed of substantial modifications by any appropriate means.
