Platform user guide
This page explains how FanScort works: registration, profile creation and management, photos and videos, verification, search, privileged contacts, messaging, subscriptions, Credits, security and account management.
1. Registration and login
1.1. Creating an account
To use member-only features, you must first create a user account.
During registration, you may be asked to provide:
- Username: the name displayed on your profile. It must be unique.
- Category: used to define the type of profile published on the platform.
- Date of birth: FanScort is for adults only and checks that you meet the required age.
- City: start entering your city and select it from the suggestions.
- Email address: used for login, account security and password recovery.
- Password: it must meet the security requirements requested by the platform.
If information is missing, invalid or already in use, a message will normally indicate what needs to be corrected.
1.2. Logging in
Once your account has been created, you can log in using your email address and password.
On some devices, an option to remain logged in may be available. Avoid using it on shared devices.
1.3. Forgotten password
If you forget your password, the Forgot password feature allows you to receive a secure email link to create a new one.
2. Creating and publishing your profile
After registering, several steps allow you to complete your profile and listing.
Depending on your situation, you may need to provide:
- your main profile photo or avatar;
- photos for your listing;
- your profile title and description;
- your city and other practical information;
- the options or verification procedures you wish to use.
An incomplete or hidden profile, or one that no longer meets the conditions required for publication, may not appear in public search results.
3. Photos, videos and verification
3.1. Profile photo or avatar
Your avatar is the main photo associated with your account. It may be displayed in search results, on your profile and in certain platform features.
Technical checks are performed when an image is uploaded to verify and prepare the file for display.
Some images may also undergo automated checks or moderation when additional review is required.
3.2. Listing photos
You can add several photos to your listing within the limits of the features available for your account.
Photos can be added, removed or replaced using your profile management tools.
3.3. Videos
When your plan allows it, you can also publish videos on your profile.
Videos, like images, must comply with FanScort's technical and content rules.
3.4. V1, V2 and V3 verification
FanScort distinguishes several complementary verification levels:
- V1 – Photo verification: uses a specific photograph to strengthen the link between the profile and the person appearing in its images.
- V2 – Video verification: uses a submitted video that is reviewed before approval.
- V3 – Enhanced private-video verification: uses a specific video reviewed by the team. This video remains private and is never published on the profile.
When verification is approved and published, the corresponding trust badge or level may appear on the profile.
This badge directly reflects the approved verification level. It is not calculated from the user's popularity, activity or behaviour.
A badge does not guarantee future behaviour, the accuracy of every piece of information published on a profile or the safety of an offline meeting.

4. Profile title, description and information
4.1. Listing title
The title is a short text used to introduce your profile. It may appear in search results and on your profile page.
4.2. Description
Your description allows you to introduce yourself more freely and explain what you are looking for.
Length limits may apply to prevent empty or excessively long listings.
4.3. Additional information
Depending on your category and the available features, information may include:
- nationality;
- telephone number;
- WhatsApp availability;
- height;
- languages spoken;
- other characteristics or preferences offered by the platform.
4.4. Social networks
Links to external networks or platforms may be added when supported by FanScort.
These fields are optional. Only publish information you genuinely wish to make public.
5. City and location
Your city helps other users find profiles in the geographical area that interests them.
The field uses autocomplete: start entering your city and select the corresponding suggestion.
Search tools may also use distance or geographical area to provide more relevant results.
6. Searching and viewing profiles
6.1. Searching for profiles
FanScort provides several search criteria to refine displayed profiles.
- category;
- city or location;
- distance;
- keywords;
- other profile characteristics.
6.2. Viewing a profile
A public profile may display information its owner has chosen to publish, such as:
- avatar and photos;
- title and description;
- city and other profile information;
- languages spoken;
- public social links;
- active verification badges and levels;
- other indicators provided by FanScort.
7. Favourites, fans, privileged contacts and blocking
7.1. Favourites
Favourites allow you to save profiles you are interested in so you can find them again easily.
7.2. Fans
A fan is a user who has added your profile to their favourites. A dedicated section may allow you to view these users.
7.3. Privileged Contact (CP)
A Privileged Contact, or CP, creates privileged access with a specific profile.
A CP can unlock certain interactions with that profile, including internal messaging when the necessary conditions are met.
It is linked to the selected profile and is not a general messaging subscription for all users.
A CP is purchased directly from the relevant profile page using Credits.
7.4. Blocking
If you no longer wish to interact with a user, you can use the blocking feature.
Blocking limits contact possibilities and certain interactions between the two accounts.
8. Internal messaging
FanScort provides internal messaging for users with the necessary access, allowing communication without making their login email address public.
- view conversations;
- open a conversation with a privileged contact when conditions are met;
- send and receive messages through FanScort;
- load older messages in a conversation.
9. Subscriptions, Credits and options
9.1. Subscription plans
FanScort may offer several access levels, including Discovery, Base and Premium.
The active plan determines certain profile capabilities and content limits.
Since features, durations and prices may change, the Subscriptions / Options page is the reference for currently available offers.
9.2. Credits
Credits are the internal unit used to purchase certain FanScort features.
They may be used for certain verification procedures, privileged contacts and other platform options.
Credits are not a currency or bank balance; they are intended for the use of FanScort's internal features.
9.3. Roses and profile-specific options
Certain features can be purchased directly from the relevant profile page.
These include roses, which allow you to show interest in a profile, and the Privileged Contact (CP), which unlocks certain interactions with that profile.
These purchases use Credits and are linked to the profile where the action is performed.
10. Trust badges, points and ranks
10.1. Trust badges and levels
Trust badges displayed on FanScort are directly linked to approved profile verification.
V1, V2 and V3 represent different verification levels and identify the level of checking completed by a profile.
The badge is not a score based on activity, popularity or behaviour. It simply reflects the approved verification level.
As with any verification, it is not an absolute guarantee regarding future behaviour or every statement made on a profile.
10.2. Points and ranks
Certain actions on FanScort may award points to an account.
These points allow users to progress through the platform's different ranks.
Rank represents progression and activity within FanScort and is independent of verification level and trust badges.
11. Rewards and ambassador programme
FanScort may offer a programme rewarding users who are particularly involved in the platform's development and community.
Different rewards may be offered depending on programme conditions and account eligibility.
The applicable requirements, conditions and rewards are those presented by FanScort when the programme is used.
12. Safety, privacy and moderation
12.1. Account security
FanScort uses technical mechanisms designed to protect accounts and sensitive actions on the platform.
- use a strong, unique password;
- never share your password;
- be cautious about unusual requests;
- log out after using a shared device.
12.2. Privacy
Your login email address is not publicly displayed on your profile.
Personal data is processed in accordance with FanScort's applicable privacy policy.
12.3. Content checks and moderation
Some content may undergo technical checks, automated checks or moderator review.
Content may be rejected, blocked or removed if it does not comply with platform rules or requires additional review.
FanScort is for adults only and pays particular attention to protecting minors and limiting prohibited content.

13. Reporting problematic behaviour
If you encounter a problematic profile, message or piece of content, you can use FanScort's reporting tools.
- fake profiles;
- abusive behaviour or harassment;
- prohibited or potentially illegal content;
- attempted scams;
- other behaviour contrary to platform rules.
Reports may be reviewed by moderation and may result in measures affecting the reported content or account.
14. Account settings and deletion
14.1. Editing account information
Your account and profile management pages allow you to edit information that FanScort permits to be updated.
14.2. Changing your password
You can change your password from your user area.
If you forget it, use the email recovery procedure rather than creating a new account.
14.3. Deleting your account
If you wish to leave FanScort, an account deletion feature is available.
Deletion and any necessary retention of data are handled according to the rules and privacy policy applicable to the platform.
