Copyright, image rights and non-consensual content policy

FANSCORT respects copyright, image rights, privacy and the consent of persons represented in content published on the platform. This policy explains how to report content that infringes your rights or has been published without authorization.

1. Content concerned

This policy applies in particular to the following content:

• photos, videos, texts, listings or elements protected by copyright ;
• photos or videos representing a person without their consent ;
• intimate content distributed without authorization ;
• stolen, copied content or content taken from another website or social network ;
• deepfakes, montages or artificially generated content representing a person without authorization ;
• identity theft or fraudulent use of a person's name, image or information ;
• content that may represent a minor or a person appearing to be a minor.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a copyright holder, an authorized representative of a rights holder, or believe that content published on FANSCORT infringes your rights, you may send a takedown request to: contact@fanscort.app.

Your report should include, where possible:

• A precise description of the protected content concerned.
• The URL or exact location of the disputed content on FANSCORT.
• Your contact details: name, e-mail address and, if necessary, phone number.
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized.
• Your electronic signature or any element allowing confirmation of the authenticity of the request.

3. Reporting image rights infringement or non-consensual content

If a photo, video or information representing you is published without your consent, or if you are a victim of identity theft, you may request removal of the content at: contact@fanscort.app.

Your request should include, where possible:

• The URL or location of the content concerned.
• A description of the issue: non-consensual image, impersonation, stolen photo, deepfake, intimate content, fraudulent profile, etc.
• Elements allowing FANSCORT to understand that you are the person concerned or authorized to act on their behalf.
• A contact e-mail address so that FANSCORT can process the request.

FANSCORT may request reasonable additional information to avoid fraudulent requests, confirm the identity of the person concerned or verify the legitimacy of the request.

4. Content involving or appearing to involve minors

Any content involving a minor, appearing to involve a minor, or presenting serious ambiguity regarding the age of the person represented is strictly prohibited on FANSCORT.

In case of serious doubt, FANSCORT may immediately hide the relevant content or profile, request additional proof of age or identity, suspend the account, retain the elements necessary as evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.

5. Processing reports

After receiving a sufficiently precise report, FANSCORT may review the content concerned and take appropriate measures, including:

• temporary or permanent restriction of content ;
• deletion of content ;
• deactivation of certain features ;
• suspension or deletion of the account that published the content ;
• request for additional proof ;
• retention of evidence ;
• reporting or cooperation with competent authorities in case of serious suspicion.

6. Challenging removal

If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, you may contact FANSCORT at: contact@fanscort.app.

Your request must specify:

• the content concerned ;
• where it was located ;
• the reasons why you believe you have the right to publish this content ;
• any useful element supporting your request.

FANSCORT will review the challenge and may maintain, modify or lift the measure taken, depending on available elements, legal risks, safety of persons and applicable obligations.

7. Abusive or fraudulent reports

False, abusive, fraudulent, impersonated or malicious reports intended to harm another user may lead to restrictions, account suspension, account deletion or any other appropriate measure.

8. User responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish on FANSCORT. By publishing content, the user warrants that they hold the necessary rights, authorizations and consents, especially when the content represents another person.
